As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lessons, creating engaging learning materials, and adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of each student. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress, communicate with parents and students, and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Spanish or related field - 1 year of experience teaching Spanish to students of all ages - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to different learning styles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and tools - Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
