Private Royal Estate - Amman, Jordan
(The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Spa Therapist will deliver world-class massage and spa treatments within a private royal estate, providing a refined, relaxing, and restorative experience for family members and VIP guests. This role requires a polished, stable, and professional therapist who embodies discretion, poise, and consistent excellence in all aspects of service.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

• Diploma or license in Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or Physiotherapy (required)
• Certification in massage techniques such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Hot Stone (preferred)
• Additional knowledge in facials, body scrubs, or relaxation treatments highly regarded
• Up-to-date hygiene and safety standards knowledge

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 5-8 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hotels, resorts, or private households
• Proven stability in employment — consistent tenure in previous roles required
• Superior technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in multiple massage modalities
• Excellent grooming standards with a calm, polished, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, patience, and a professional, well-presented appearance
• Culturally sensitive, discreet, and adaptable to royal household standards

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver luxury massage and spa treatments with exceptional technique and professionalism
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene within all spa areas
• Maintain treatment records, product usage, and inventory accurately
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities before and after each session
• Uphold palace standards of service, confidentiality, and protocol
• Support the Spa Manager or Supervisor in daily operations and special wellness requests
• Provide a calm, attentive, and personalized experience to every guest

SALARY

USD $1,800 - $2,000 gross per month (depending on experience and trial performance)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A polished, patient, and service-driven professional with at least 5-8 years' experience in luxury spa environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates career stability, refined grooming, and advanced massage knowledge, combined with a warm and professional approach suited to the discretion of a royal household. Must be available for a trial at short notice.
