Expected from 15.11.2025 - Temporary, Seasonal Contract You pamper our guests with professional spa treatments such as sports massages, signature massages, body peels, wraps and baths. With your sense of individual needs, you advise our guests on spa services and high-quality care products. You ensure unforgettable well-being moments through excellent care and attentive service. You support the spa team at the reception desk in scheduling appointments and coordinating with colleagues. Your tasks include: • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience • Conducting professional spa treatments according to our standards and protocols • Advising guests on spa services and high-quality care products • Supporting the spa team at the reception desk in scheduling appointments and coordinating with colleagues • Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives • Performing administrative tasks such as updating client records and processing payments • Maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information and spa operations. You are expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
