Spa Receptionist (m/w)

The Le Grand Bellevue is considered one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad. It combines the luxury and refinement of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house. With over 3000 m2, the Le Grand SPA offers our guests Alpine wellness treatments from Bamford UK and Cellcosmet Switzerland a retreat for relaxation and recovery in Gstaad. We are looking for a Spa Receptionist/-in (m/w/d) for the upcoming summer season 2026. She/He will be responsible for: • Welcoming and checking-in guests, providing information on hotel services and facilities; • Handling guest requests and complaints in a professional manner; • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the spa area; • Assisting with the preparation and serving of spa treatments; • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests. Requirements: • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry; • Excellent communication skills in English and German; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; • High school diploma or equivalent required.
