Spa Receptionist (m/w)

The Le Grand Bellevue is considered one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad. It combines the luxury and refinement of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house. With over 3000 m2, the Le Grand SPA offers our guests alpine wellness treatments from Bamford UK and Cellcosmet Switzerland as a retreat for relaxation and recovery in Gstaad. We are looking for a Spa Receptionist/-in (m/w/d) for the upcoming summer season 2026 to provide exceptional service and support to our spa team, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and at ease. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have experience in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include: - Greeting guests upon arrival and departure, providing information on hotel services and amenities, and handling any requests or issues that may arise; - Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the spa area; - Assisting with the preparation and serving of spa treatments, including setting up treatment rooms and preparing equipment; - Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded; - Working closely with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; - Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting; - Familiarity with spa treatments and wellness concepts; - Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods.
