Spa Manager

Under the supervision of the Spa Director, the Spa Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing all operations of the wellness area, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and staff. This role directly contributes to the establishment's objectives through talent recruitment and retention, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and creation of a holistic well-being environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily SPA operations, including treatment areas, wet zones, gym, and relaxation areas.

• Coordinate strategic planning for short- and long-term to ensure a profitable, efficient, and aligned operation with the establishment's wellness values.

• Establish, monitor, and ensure compliance with departmental objectives and quality standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate SPA staff, including therapists, receptionists, trainers, and support personnel.

• Promote a collaborative work environment focused on service excellence and professional development for the team.

• Implement continuous training programs in service protocols, treatment techniques, sales, and customer attention.

• Ensure personalized, professional, and coherent experience with the SPA's wellness philosophy.

• Serve as host and ambassador for the SPA in interactions with guests, members, and corporate groups.

• Receive and attend special requests from event organizers or groups, personalizing the SPA experience according to their needs.

• Lead the implementation and follow-up of the SPA's marketing and public relations plan.

• Promote actively services, packages, and promotions for the SPA, both to individual guests and groups.

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.

• Coordinate with sales, regional marketing, and corporate teams to position the SPA as a reference in wellness and luxury.

• Serve as the SPA's image and spokesperson before media, events, and institutional representations.

• Stay updated on industry trends and perform comparative analyses with competitors in terms of services, prices, promotions, and quality.

• Promote constant improvements to maintain innovation and competitiveness for the SPA.
