As Spa Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for managing the spa area, including the sauna, steam room, and fitness center. You will also oversee the organization of events and activities in the spa area, such as yoga classes, meditation sessions, and wine tastings. Your goal is to create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere that meets the needs of our guests. To achieve this, you will work closely with our wellness team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service. The ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa or wellness setting. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. A degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is required. Certification as a spa manager or wellness professional is an asset. The ability to speak German and English fluently is essential for this role.
