Spa Manager (m/f) with a Focus on Cosmetics

As a Spa Manager (m/f), you will take overall responsibility for our spa area while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations.

You will lead your team with passion, provide direct guest support as needed, and, together with your team, ensure the highest quality of service and a wellness experience that delights families long-term.

• Overall operational and organizational responsibility for the spa area

• Active sale of spa treatments, retail products, packages, and additional services
• Ensuring a warm, professional guest reception and individual care
• Leading, motivating, and developing the spa team in daily operations
• Creating duty rosters and work schedules, and supporting personnel development
• Ensuring smooth operations at the spa reception and in all treatment and wellness areas
• Responsibility for adherence to our quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Professional handling of guest feedback, requests, and complaints
• Planning and implementation of sales promotions, spa packages, and promotions
• Responsibility for budget planning, key figures, reports, and achievement of economic goals
• Close collaboration with other departments for a holistic guest experience
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a quiet, stylish atmosphere throughout the spa

• Completed training as a cosmetician, masseur, or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in the spa or wellness sector, ideally in a leadership position
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working actively with guests
• Experience in performing treatments and in individual guest consultation
• Sales skills and enthusiasm for high-quality spa products and treatments from our depot partner: Team Dr. Joseph.
• Experience in leading and motivating employees
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, applications, and current wellness trends
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools, ideally with a SPA software such as TAC?
• Business acumen and interest in key figures
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
