Spa Manager - Hotel 5*

LHH For the exclusive internal SPA management of a 5-star hotel, ensuring extremely high service standards, well-being, and hospitality, we are looking for a: SPA MANAGER - HOTEL 5* Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Leading, motivating, and training the SPA team to ensure impeccable and consistent service in line with a 5-star hotel's standards. - Supervising daily operations of the SPA, including treatment schedules, resource coordination, and customer experience quality. - Developing and updating the treatment menu, selecting high-end wellness products and partners. - Monitoring performance, budget, and KPIs, implementing strategic actions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. - Ensuring compliance with sanitary protocols, safety procedures, and operational guidelines. Profile - Solid experience in managing luxury SPA and excellent leadership skills. - Outstanding organizational skills, customer-oriented approach, and attention to detail. - Excellent knowledge of products, treatments, and premium wellness trends. - Good command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is welcome.
