The expectations: Independent processing and checking of settlement cases within the framework of statutory health insurance
Evaluation and management of benefit applications and exemption requests
Support in bonus settlement and project-specific special tasks
Communication with insured persons and service providers regarding settlement-related questions
Safe documentation and maintenance of data in the system
The skills you bring: Thorough knowledge of all areas of statutory health insurance
In-depth knowledge of the settlement area
Excellent German language skills for internal and external communication, both written and spoken
Thorough knowledge of conversation techniques for customer counseling
Familiarity with office software
Independent, structured, cost-oriented working style and high reliability
