Not far from the Schnebelhorn in the Oberland, we operate an external site on Strahlegg in a secluded and nature-oriented environment for people with increased structural needs.

Social Pedagogue for the Strahlegg Residential Home in Tösstal (50 – 80 %)

You have many years of experience in the care of people with cognitive impairments, especially with people with challenging behavior and increased structural needs. With your dedicated, natural, and people-oriented approach, you make a significant contribution to offering our residents a home precisely tailored to their needs.

• Pedagogical and nursing support and care for people with cognitive impairments and behavioral issues
• Active design and accompaniment of daily structure offerings, including on the associated Bärloch farm
• Key person work
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and administrative tasks

• Social Pedagogue HF / FH
• Several years of experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments
• Willingness to shape "Life on Strahlegg" together
• Preferably own vehicle available
