Your tasks: Pedagogical accompaniment and support of children, young people, and families in the context of child and youth welfare
Planning, implementation, and reflection of individual help plans
Counseling for young people and parents in crisis situations and everyday questions
Conducting individual and group offers to promote social skills
Designing a structured, secure, and valued daily routine

We are looking for: A completed degree in social pedagogy, ideally with state recognition
You have a good sense of people, even when it gets tough sometimes
You possess the willingness to reflect on and develop your own work
You can listen, but also clearly communicate if necessary
