In our residential and assistance offer Neue Straße in Ahrensburg, people with different, individual assistance needs live. We at klaarnoord gGmbH provide participation services for people with intellectual disabilities as well as for people with intellectual disabilities and mental illnesses. The range of services extends from assistance in the special living form to contacts in one's own living space. In our multi-professional team, we support, accompany, and advise people with intellectual disabilities and mental illnesses in their daily lives, promoting their autonomy, independence, and social participation. Our team consists of social pedagogues, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other professionals who work together to provide comprehensive support. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading our team, coordinating our services, and ensuring that we provide high-quality support to our clients. You will also be involved in the development of new services and programs, as well as in the evaluation and improvement of existing ones.
