We are looking for a social assistant (m/f/d) in full-time, part-time or on a mini-job basis to actively support our team.


You can expect this from us:
Permanent employment contract and a crisis-proof job
Above-tariff salary from 16 €/h at 35 h/week
Bonuses (tax-free): 100% holiday allowance, 50% Sunday allowance, 25% night allowance, 25% Saturday allowance

Location-based deployment within a radius of approx. 30 kilometers

Your qualifications:
You have completed training as a social pedagogue assistant (m/f/d) or state-recognized social assistant (m/f/d)
You are open to a variety of deployment options in the pedagogical or care sector
You have a strong ability to work independently and a high sense of responsibility
You are flexible and quickly get used to new working environments



Your tasks:
Support of educators (m/f/d), pedagogues (m/f/d) or nursing staff (m/f/d) as a dedicated right hand
Active involvement and support in creative activities, be it painting, playing, making music or other enriching activities
Flexible adaptation to the needs and wishes of people of different ages and backgrounds
Mastering varied challenges in daily interaction with empathy and patience







Our pedagogical deployment options are: youth and residential education, assisted living, workshops, parent-child facilities, school accompaniment, kindergartens, open all-day care. Together with you, we will find a facility that corresponds to your pedagogical approach.
