For our Home Treatment, we are looking for you
Social Worker 80%These are your tasks- Outreach social counseling and support of adult patients and their social environment
- Inter-institutional network work (authorities, offices, residential facilities, outpatient services, guardians)
- Mediation and triage tasks as well as family support at home
- Participation in the further development of social counseling services
- Degree from a University of Applied Sciences in Social Work (BSc)
- Competence in interprofessional collaboration and good communication and social skills
- High sense of personal responsibility and an independent way of working
- Professional experience with mentally ill people
- Resilient and flexible personality with an interest in the problems of mentally ill people
- Driver's license category B
- An interesting, diverse field of work in a network-oriented, innovative organization
- Good collaboration in interprofessional teams and inclusion in a motivated social services team
- Professional training and further education as well as regular supervision
- Own daycare center at the Klinik Schlosstal site in Winterthur
- Strongly subsidized staff restaurant and the option to purchase lunch checks
