Following the new takeover in May 2020, the new Salzburg leaseholders have changed a lot on the Steinterrasse. A completely new concept was developed and at the same time renovated. The Steinterrasse is once again a location for locals, where Salzburg residents feel comfortable alongside hotel guests. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are offered, as well as unusual drinks and great wines. Not to forget the unique view over Salzburg's old town.

• Representing the Head Chef in their absence
• Independent lunch and dinner service
• Assistance with orders
• Leading the eight-person kitchen team
• Contributing to menu design in cooperation with Andreas Senn "Senn's Restaurant**"
• Goods inwards control
• Proper stockkeeping
• Contributing to the duty roster
• Adherence to and co-responsibility for hygiene standards
• Adherence to kitchen quality standards for "à la carte" and events
• Adherence to quality standards for the breakfast buffet
• Staff catering

• You have completed vocational training as a cook
• Several years of professional experience
• High commitment and guest-oriented action
• You possess a strong team spirit
• Quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
• German language skills are requested
