Our team is looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement:

Sous Chef 100%

Employment Type: Full-time

• Assisting with menu planning, recipe development, and costing
• Assisting with purchasing food and non-food items, ordering, and receiving inspections
• Production, preparation, mise en place
• Assisting with kitchen organization, including duty schedules
• Assisting with staff leadership and personnel scheduling
• Assisting with the achievement of economic objectives
• Adherence to HACCP guidelines
• Managing, implementing, and adhering to organizational aids such as RL, ANW, FOR, and CHL
• Careful operation of technical equipment
• Assisting with inventory taking in his/her department according to the schedule
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service (hot kitchen continuously from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, last order 9:45 PM)

• Completed vocational training as a Chef EFZ
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry
• Very good German language skills
• Open-minded and friendly
• Well-groomed appearance
• Flexible and stress-resistant
