• Production, preparation, and serving of dishes of the highest quality in taste and appearance, adhering to product hygiene and the hotel's quality standards
• Independent work at your own station
• Responsible for mise en place
• Proper and correct handling of food and equipment
• Productive, flexible, and collegial cooperation
• Stepping in for the Head Chef with all associated tasks
• Assistance with menu planning and purchasing
• Participation in meetings

• Successfully completed training as a Cook with further education in gastronomy
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
• Proven leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations and HACCP principles
• Fluent German, good English skills
• Cost awareness and efficiency with high quality
• Passion for cooking and gastronomy
