Adecco For a 4-star hotel in the Bernese Oberland, we are looking for a Souschef (m/f) | 60% - 80% (Continuous working hours without room service and free on weekends!) With three restaurants with a total of 100 seats for lunch and dinner, a patio, bar operation, and snacks in the hall, a diverse culinary offer is covered. The creative kitchen with 15 GaultMillau points places great value on vegetarian dishes, as well as meat and fish. You work closely with the head chef and are involved in menu planning and responsible for the ongoing operation. You have good instruction skills for new employees and mentorship of cooking learners. In the absence of the head chef, you take full responsibility for the kitchen. Profile You're proud to be a cook! This job is your passion, and you're at home in this world.
