- Representation of the head chef in their absence: leadership of daily operations,
- Co-responsibility for preparing à la carte dishes to a high standard,
- Assistance with menu planning and incorporating personal ideas,
- Self-managing a own post,
- Support in organizing and conducting events,
- Responsible for various mise-en-place tasks,
- Acknowledgment and control of ordered goods,
- Maintenance of hygiene regulations including daily cleaning work.
