What you'll be moving

• Operative Leitung der Produktion von kalten und warmen Speisen
• Aktive Mitarbeit im Team, Gästebetreuung und Warenpräsentation
• Qualitäts- und Prozesssicherung
• Budget- und Kostenbereichsverantwortung
• Mitarbeiterförderung und -beurteilung
• Einhaltung und Durchsetzung des HACCP Konzepts

What you'll bring

• Some years of professional experience in the field of system gastronomy
• Completed basic or advanced training as a cook/chef EFZ/higher vocational or professional qualification
• German (very good knowledge)
• Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Verkauf
• Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
