About the Role. As Sous Chef you will be working within an established team (20 Chefs) managing your allocated section, ensuring high standards are maintained. This role will report into the Executive Chef and Executive Sous working across the outlets within the venue. This includes an elevated dining restaurant, private events and a casual dining outlet.
