We are in search of a skilled and talented SENIOR SOUS CHEF to take on a leading role on this team of 12 chefs. Key Responsibilities: Manage, control and organize the brigade of 14 chefs Supervise and check daily mise en place and service prep Liaise with executive chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations Coordinate and manage inventory, ordering and receiving of supplies Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Foster a positive team culture and lead by example.
