Sous Chef - Restaurant & Banqueting

Besides keeping your head cool during peak hours and seeing what needs to be done to make everything perfect, you'll also see opportunities.

• Preparing delicious dishes and presenting them nicely;
• Tutoring and supporting colleagues and students;
• Maintaining an overview in the kitchen so that everything runs smoothly;
• Making rosters, processing invoices and orders;
• Offering a varied menu and staying busy with new, fun dishes.

The Sous Chef has the following criteria:

• A completed cooking education;
• At least 3 years of experience as a leader in the kitchen;
• You speak fluent Dutch;
• You have a passion for food and (almost!) everything around it;
• You're social and enjoy working together with enthusiastic colleagues;
• You possess a Master Trainer certificate & a Social Hygiene certificate;
• You're familiar with allergen information and HACCP.

The Sous Chef position offers you a great opportunity to develop yourself. The salary is between €2500 and €3500 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract (38 hours). Of course, there are secondary working conditions that we'd love to discuss with you.
