The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern was first opened in 1906 and is located on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors to colleagues and guests in September 2022. The hotel features 136 rooms and suites with stunning views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and ensuring that all culinary operations run smoothly. This includes menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
