Sous-Chef
Permanent – 37.5 hours/week
Residence L'Initial – Gatineau

DETAILS OF THE JOB:
Full-time position;
Schedule from 8am to 4pm and 10:30am to 6:30pm, including one weekend every two weeks;
Evening shift premium (if applicable);
4% bonus.

- Recognized culinary training;
- Two-year experience in a similar position.
- Assist the food service manager in managing the kitchen;
- Contribute to meal production and service;
- Participate in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness rules.
