Cafe Trading Hours: Wednesday to Friday: Cafe: 11 AM to 4 PM Club Service: 5 PM to 9 PM (with a 1-hour break) Tuesday (Preparation Day) : 9 AM to 2 PM Saturday and Sunday (Events and Soccer Club Catering): 9 AM to 4 PM. Flexible Work Hours. We are looking for Sous Chef for the above-mentioned hours. Responsibilities: Assisting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring the timely preparation of bar snacks, entrees, and main courses. Supervising food preparation and ensuring proper presentation. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items. Collaborating with other chefs to ensure seamless service. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Providing exceptional customer service. Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Coordinating with the events team for catering services. Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the overall success of the cafe.
