The Company

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the speciality section. You will assist the Head and Executive Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. You will also assist with the management of health and safety and other junior members.

• Experience in a similar role
• A flair and passion for delivering outstanding food
• A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication, time-management
