About the Role:
The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, and manage a busy team. This hands-on role involves cooking, mentoring staff, maintaining high standards, and contributing to menu development, all while helping create memorable experiences for every guest.

Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role in a high-volume environment
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality and consistency
* Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team under pressure
* Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
* Creative approach to menu development and problem-solving
