As a Sous Chef Employee Restaurant (m/w/d) at Viking, you will be part of our culinary team that is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences on board our ships. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting dishes for our guests, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, working closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and has a strong understanding of international cuisine.
