Job description
About the opportunity You will be assisting the daily operation to create an award winning conference and events experience and production kitchen supporting all outlets and venues across SkyCity Adelaide. You will work closely with our Head Chef to directly contribute to our food & beverage operations, strategic business and technical development planning. Your days will be varied so experience in stock ordering, menu design and costings will serve you well, alongside your ability to motivate and lead a team. You will be responsible for managing the production kitchen, ensuring that all food and beverage products are of the highest quality, and that all health and safety regulations are met. You will also be required to work closely with our events team to ensure that all events and conferences are executed to the highest standard.
