A Borgo Vescine, in the heart of Chianti, cooking is not just technical or production: it's culture, memory, territory and vision. It's a place where everyday gesture becomes storytelling and where every dish must have a sense, before even having a taste. Therefore we are not looking for simply a Sous Chef, but someone who desires to be part of a project. Someone who knows how to support and guide a team with balance, rigor and humanity. Someone who believes that excellence arises from the organization of people, processes and places. We are looking for a person who is passionate about food, wine and hospitality, and who has a strong sense of responsibility towards the territory and its traditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and have a good understanding of the local culture and customs.
