5* Wine Estate close to Franschhoek is looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef . We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join a dynamic kitchen team , where creativity, quality, and excellence are at the heart of everything they do. Staff transport available from Franschhoek, Paarl and Stellenbosch. Duties: Manages kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage and company policies, standards and procedures. Assists Head Chef with all kitchen operations and prepares for daily service. Maintains a clean and organized kitchen environment, adheres to food safety and hygiene practices, and supports the team in achieving exceptional results. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as Sous Chef or similar role; strong leadership skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities; ability to work effectively under pressure; passion for delivering high-quality dishes; and a willingness to learn and grow with our dynamic kitchen team .
