Sourcing and Product Development in China - Remote - Full-time

We at KF Brands develop and distribute innovative sports equipment from rowing machines to pedal trainers and our TRETMANN brand. In doing so, we are active on Amazon and our own online shop. Our focus lies on the German-speaking market. We are 100% remote organized and have team members in 5 countries.

Tasks

• Identification and evaluation of potential suppliers in China for the development of new products.
• Techanical analysis of products including disassembly of products and communication about the resulting improvement ideas.
• Negotiation of prices, delivery conditions, and other terms with suppliers.
• Conducting technical tests and quality controls on prototypes and series products on site.
• Closely working together with the product development team to ensure alignment of product requirements and quality standards.

Qualification

• You live in China
• You speak fluent Chinese and German
• You have an independent work style, good organizational skills, and are motivated to grow with the company.
• You have technical understanding and enjoy understanding and improving products
• You have a strong analytical thinking and are detail-oriented
