Hours: 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time
USD Salary: $6 - $9 per hour | $960 - $1,400 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Lago is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Sourcing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on identifying and engaging top talent across various channels to meet Lago's staffing needs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that attract candidates who align with Lago's culture and values. You will leverage a variety of techniques, including social media, networking events, and recruitment platforms, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, you will assess candidate qualifications and present them to hiring managers, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process. • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and position requirements.
• Engage with candidates to build relationships and promote Lago's employer brand.
• Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor practices related to talent acquisition.
• Assist in various talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have experience with Workable or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Previous experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methods and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and provide valuable feedback.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding candidates.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
