As a Sourcing Specialist at TD Experience, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and engaging with top talent to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. • Conducting market research and analyzing labor market trends to inform sourcing strategies. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria. • Providing expert-level guidance on best practices in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate experience. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure seamless execution of sourcing initiatives.
