Your primary goal will be to source high-quality candidates for our clients' open positions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and have a deep understanding of the construction and designing industry. You will work closely with our recruitment team to ensure that all sourcing efforts are aligned with client requirements.
