Sourcing Specialist

Purpose of the Job The end-to-end S2C process spans across understanding purchase requisition and floating the requisitions in AI enable procurement portal to relevant suppliers. In this role the Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the purchase of materials, goods and services from external suppliers, ensuring compliance with Nouryon's policies and procedures. This includes but not limited to: identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Sourcing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and market research. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless procurement process.
