We want to establish the ADVOS procedure as a standard for millions of intensive care patients worldwide. To achieve this, we need not only clever heads – but someone who finds them, inspires and connects them. That's where you come in!

We are looking for a Sourcing & Recruiting Scout (m/w/d), who doesn't just 'work' but has fun building up and shaping personal marketing and recruiting – with ideas, proximity to people and the vision for what will be important tomorrow.

Tasks

Recruiting means thinking ahead, trying out new approaches, and making things better...

• You accompany the entire recruitment process – from the first idea to the contract signing
• You write job postings that appeal to the right people
• You review profiles, conduct initial conversations, and build genuine relationships with talents
• You actively search for new recruits and try out new recruiting approaches
• You work closely with departments and find out who we really need – not just on paper!
• You bring in your own ideas and help build recruitment structures for our growth

Qualification

You don't have to be a recruiting pro yet. But you should enjoy becoming one!

• First experiences with recruiting or HR (e.g., through internship, work study program, or entry-level job)
• Pleasure in communication, people, and modern personnel work
• A structured working style – combined with curiosity, willingness to learn, and self-initiative
• The desire to take responsibility and really move things forward
