Sourcing Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: navi mumbai JobType: full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities * Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and external sourcing networks. Maintain ongoing engagement to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. * Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through channel partners, direct sourcing initiatives, property exhibitions, events, and other relevant channels. Analyze lead sources to optimize acquisition strategies. * Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing approaches and identify new opportunities. * Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand real estate trends, competitor activities, and identify potential areas for expansion. * Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing performance, lead generation, and market analysis. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align sourcing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing, lead generation, or a related role. * Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external partners. * Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. * Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
