Job description
Global leader company in transportation, logistics and e-commerce services is looking for a Sourcing Manager within the category of Land Transport (Latin America and the Caribbean). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Advanced level of English (C1). Portuguese desirable. Proven experience in global companies. Experience reporting and negotiating with stakeholders outside Mexico. Profile oriented to results, with a strong focus on process improvement and cost reduction. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, and building relationships with suppliers. Additionally, the candidate should be able to analyze data and make informed decisions. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cost savings, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
