Sourcing Manager

Adecco Italia Consultant Adecco selects for a multinational food company, near Crema, a Sourcing Manager. Job description: The resource will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for specific product categories, ensuring value through strategic sourcing programs and contributing to cost reduction and risk management. Main responsibilities: Define and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials. Conduct cost analyses and develop reduction plans. Manage commercial and contractual negotiations. Monitor supplier performance and intervene in case of criticality. Collaborate with internal functions (S&OP, Production, Finance, R&D) and external partners. Support the development of new products in synergy with innovation centers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. At least 3 years of experience in sourcing in FMCG or multinational contexts. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Fluent knowledge of English language (other languages are a plus). Availability for travel (approximately 25%). Key competencies: Strategic vision and continuous improvement orientation. Ability to build relationships in complex multinational contexts. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
