We are building a scalable procurement platform for D2C, e-commerce, logistics, agritech, and hotel businesses. Our platform supports end-to-end procurement of packaging materials, consumables, and bed, bath & linen. Location: 873, 3rd floor, 28th Main Rd, Corporation Colony, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560069 Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring packaging materials, consumables, and related items. This role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management expertise, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate potential suppliers for packaging materials, consumables, and related items. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers. Manage supplier relationships and performance. Prepare and process purchase orders. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs. Research and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
