Sourcing Buyer Lead with English - remote

We are seeking a Sourcing Buyer Lead to join a leading multinational firm in the SSC/BPO sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic sourcing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing projects from initial scope definition to final contract management and reporting.
• Prepare and execute RFXs using modern e-sourcing tools.
• Lead negotiations on contract terms, document savings, and report on key metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, finance, and logistics teams.
• Ensure full compliance with global procurement standards.
• Track and report on KPIs such as savings and payment terms.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues, delays, or supplier challenges.
• Discover and pursue new opportunities for sourcing and cost-saving projects.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on areas like CAPEX, MRO, direct materials or other strategic investments.
• Proficiency in French and English at a C1 level or higher.
• Proven experience in drafting sourcing plans, creating business cases, and executing sourcing projects with a total cost of ownership approach.
• Hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools and ERP systems.
• Previous experience in a matrix-managed organization is a plus.
• A university-level degree.
