You will identify candidate potential and connect them with employers who genuinely implement diversity and inclusion policies. Your tasks: Talent identification: Active search for candidates with disabilities, including those with mental or physical impairments, as well as those with other types of disabilities. Building a talent pool: Creating a database of identified talents, including their skills, experience, and availability. Matching talents with employers: Identifying the best match between the candidate's skills and the employer's needs. Developing partnerships: Building relationships with employers who are committed to diversity and inclusion. Providing support: Offering guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Reporting and analysis: Preparing regular reports on the progress of talent identification, building a talent pool, and matching talents with employers.
