Sourcer for Talent Acquisition- U.S. Experience (Hybrid Guadalajara MX)

MezTal is seeking a proactive and strategic Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our U.S.-based client, one of the largest food and facility services companies in the country. This role requires hands-on experience sourcing both hourly and salaried professionals , including blue-collar and white-collar positions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong cold-calling and direct sourcing skills , the ability to differentiate between sourcing and screening , and proven success in building talent pipelines through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and company websites. Additionally, the successful Sourcer will be able to effectively communicate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates. This role is a hybrid position that requires working both remotely and from our Guadalajara office.
