Sought: Housekeeper Couple with Accommodation in St. Moritz

Adecco We are looking for a reliable and engaged housekeeper team that takes care of a luxurious private residence in the breathtaking Alpine region of St. Moritz, Switzerland. It's a long-term position ideal for a couple who is proud of their work and seeks a stable and trustworthy collaboration.

The property is an exclusive mountain villa with:

• 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
• 2 kitchens (main kitchen and staff/personnel kitchen)
• Large living and entertainment areas with fireplace and leisure opportunities
• Fully equipped spa & wellness area: indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, massage room
• Larger garage and technical rooms
• Separate guest house
• Landscape-designed terraces and garden areas with outdoor lounge
• Skiroom, household and storage rooms

The couple is responsible for daily care, functionality, and presentation of the residence. Possible tasks:

• Garden maintenance, upkeep of outdoor areas, snow removal
• Technical maintenance (pool, heating, lighting systems etc.)
• Small repairs and handiwork
• Coordination with external service providers and craftsmen

  Household & Guest Services:

  • Care and cleaning of high-end interior spaces
  • Laundering, ironing, wardrobe management
  • Purchasing and inventory organization
  • Preliminary preparation for guests, light cooking a plus

    Profile:

    • Valid work and residence permit in Switzerland (mandatory)
    • Demonstrated experience in managing properties and/or hospitality industry
    • Fluent German or English language skills (compulsory), additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) an asset
    • Discretion, self-responsibility, and organizational talent
    • Self-motivated and solution-oriented work style
    • Interest in a long-term, trustworthy collaboration
