As a welder/weldress, you will participate in the realization of our numerous projects on the Petit-Quevilly site. It will be part of the Production department and will be expected to work within the teams posted on EPU 3.

Responsibilities :

The welder/weldress welds, adjusts, and ensures the quality of soldered joints (cup/covers to be welded) on all transformers.

• Performs different types of welding on various metal alloys at the semi-automatic welding station (Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, etc.) ;
• Performs exceptional rework of purchased parts at the TIG welding station ;

• Takes care of adjusting and maintaining equipment and tools (level 1 maintenance) ;
• Ensures product quality (respect for procedures and completion of the control plan) ;
• Reports work activities through the AOS tool (digital tablet) ;
• Participates actively in team improvement of processes and procedures.

Profile sought :

• Holds a professional diploma in welding ;
• Knows how to read plans well ;
• Works independently ;
• Certification of welding on assembly in recouvrement (Steel/steel, steel/stainless steel, aluminum/aluminum) ;
