For one of our clients, we are looking for a sorting assistant in the Region Basel. Job activity in the package center involves simple logistics tasks. Your tasks: - Unloading packages from transport containers - Sorting packages according to zip codes - Separating hazardous waste shipments - Loading packages into transport containers - Additional area: Coding work What you should bring: - Basic understanding of German language. Other languages are an asset - Clean criminal record (current extract from the Central Register of Convictions required) - Willingness to variable working hours (between 0 and 24 hours), mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts during peak season (e.g., Christmas) - No prior experience necessary; you will be trained - Good physical condition; packages up to 30 kg must be able to be moved - No health restrictions; a medical examination will be arranged for permanent night shifts What we are looking for: - Responsible, quality-oriented work - Fast and reliable working style - Self-motivation and independence - Flexibility in the shift schedule - Solid understanding of numbers - Minimum age: 18 years - Safe handling of the PC keyboard (only required in the coding area) Unhappy, underutilized or eager to discover new things?
