Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with French to join one of our teams within our Services Center expansion and growth plan.
What will you do on a daily basis?
- Ensure the entry point for all received requests from client teams, as well as handle recurring tasks around the perimeter.
- Treatment of received requests via email.
- Assignment and tracking of petitions.
- Technical modification analysis: identify production impacts and propose action plans to reduce operational risks.
- Performance of recurring tasks: certificate updates, route openings.
